Then we scrape what is peeling, sand rough edges, replace or repair bad caulk, spot-prime bare wood and rust, and check for soft wood, failed flashing, and gaps that paint will not fix. A coating on a dirty or loose surface does not last in this heat.

Siding, trim, and soffits get the body color and the trim color cut clean so the lines stay straight from the street. Doors and garage doors are prepped and painted as their own pieces, not rolled in with the wall. Porch and patio work covers ceilings, beams, columns, and railings that sit in sun and weather. Fences are stained or painted depending on the wood and what you want them to look like. We schedule around storms and the hottest part of the day so the paint can set.
